A thought provoking exhibition that highlights the terrifying costs of human waste to the marine environment
Award winning artist Lou McCurdy, renowned for her ground breaking project "More Plastic than Plankton" has collaborated with graphic designer Chloë Hanks, who set up Plastic Bag Free Brighton, to bring an exciting and innovative show to this year's Fringe in a brand new cafe and venue.

We will be giving talks, creating an event for Fringe City and providing additional information from Marine Conservation Society, Surfers against Sewage and Plymouth University (our project partners).

Unit documentary looking at environmental challenges facing
the people and wildlife of the Hawaiian Islands.
Shown from a Hawaiian perspective but with a global message.
As a result of working
on this film, Rebecca Hosking was inspired
to help her home town of Modbury in Devon the first in the UK
to be plastic bag-
The event also includes two short films by pupils from
Balfour Junior School -
and 'The revenge of the rubbish' -
who exhibited sculptures made from plastic waste collected on
a Brighton beach over 1 year and a general Q and A session.
